There is no contact form on this site. Email is the only channel, and it goes to a mailbox read by people working for the publisher.

A reply usually takes a few working days. If your message is a privacy request — asking what we hold about you, or asking for it to be corrected or deleted — put Privacy request in the subject line and we will answer within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What we can help with
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a step describes a menu that has moved, links to a page that no longer exists, or states something you believe to be wrong, tell us which page and which sentence and we will check it against the source. Suggestions about what the course has left out are welcome for the same reason.
Questions about how the site is funded, who publishes it, or how the affiliate links work are also fine, although most of the answer is already on the Affiliate Disclosure page and the About page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with a specific game: we are not the publisher of any game, not an authorised support channel for one, and not able to see your account, your purchases or your billing. Those questions belong with the vendor's own support, which is the only party that can act on them.
We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your individual situation. The course is general guidance, and the Terms and Conditions say so plainly. Where a question touches consumer rights, privacy, online safety or classification in Australia, the relevant public body's own site is linked within the steps and is a better source than we are.
What happens to your message
Your email, including your address and anything you attach, sits in the publisher's mailbox. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else — it is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they are needed for a legal claim. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including how to ask for a copy of what we hold.
You can write under a pseudonym if you prefer. The only exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need to be reasonably sure who you are before we answer.
